Summary
This study tested a new version of laparoscopic surgery to treat multiple pelvic organ prolapses in 25 women who had trouble with bowel movements. The surgery aimed to fix all prolapses at once. Patients were checked before and after surgery using exams, X-rays, and questionnaires about bowel function and quality of life. Follow-ups happened at 3 months, 12 months, and for at least 10 years to see if the prolapse came back.
