Summary
This study tested a new version of laparoscopic surgery to treat several pelvic organ prolapses at the same time in 25 women with bowel symptoms. Participants were checked before and after surgery using exams, X-rays, and questionnaires about bowel function and quality of life. Follow-ups happened at 3 months, 12 months, and long-term (10+ years) to see if the prolapse returned and how symptoms changed.
