Summary

This study collects tissue, blood, urine, and stool samples from 5000 people undergoing colonoscopy or endoscopy, including those with cancer, polyps, or inflammatory bowel disease, as well as healthy volunteers. The goal is to find new biomarkers that could improve early detection of gastrointestinal cancers. No treatments are being tested.
