New pill may spark sperm production in infertile men

Summary
This study tests a new drug called leflutrozole in 15 men who cannot produce sperm due to a blockage-free condition. The goal is to see if the drug can help sperm appear in their semen after 12-20 weeks of treatment. Researchers will also monitor hormone levels to understand how the drug works.
