New pill may help infertile men make sperm

Summary
This study tests a new drug called leflutrozole in 15 men who cannot produce any sperm due to a blockage-free condition. The goal is to see if the drug can help them start making sperm by week 20. Researchers will also check hormone levels and sperm quality.
