Summary

This trial tests a vaccine called Nous-209 in 45 people with Lynch syndrome, an inherited condition that raises the risk of colorectal and other cancers. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack abnormal cells that could become cancer. The study checks if the vaccine is safe and whether it triggers an immune response that might prevent polyps or tumors from forming.
