Summary

This study will measure physical fitness in 800 healthy adults aged 18 to 65 to create local reference values for body composition, heart and lung endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility. Participants will undergo simple tests like step tests, handgrip strength, and sit-and-reach. The goal is to give clinicians and researchers better tools to evaluate and promote health in the community.
