This study looked at whether a group Nordic walking program could improve the physical and mental health of older adults (65+) who were evacuated from their homes to Haifa. Twenty-four participants walked together twice a week for two months using special poles. Researchers measured their walking endurance, strength, balance, mood, and quality of life to see if the program was helpful and practical.
