Summary
This study tests whether personalized nutrition education on a healthy Nordic diet can improve blood sugar control in adults with type 1 diabetes. 54 participants will either receive this education or standard brief dietary advice. The main goal is to see if the intervention increases the time blood sugar stays in a healthy range.
