First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized education program on the Nordic diet helps adults with type 1 diabetes improve their blood sugar control compared to just receiving brief dietary advice. About 54 participants will either attend the program or get standard information, and researchers will track their glucose levels, cholesterol, and diet adherence. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better daily blood sugar management.
