First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study will test whether the Noom digital lifestyle program helps adults who are taking GLP-1 medications (like Wegovy or Ozempic) improve their diet and physical activity. About 220 participants will use the program for 4 months while wearing a Fitbit to track activity. The goal is to see if adding lifestyle support can enhance health outcomes for people managing their weight with these medications.
