Summary
This study looks at how well physiotherapy students and their teachers agree on the students' non-technical skills—like teamwork, leadership, and communication—during clinical simulations. About 100 second-year students and their instructors will take part. The goal is to improve training methods so students can practice these skills safely before working with real patients.
