Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a single injection of an experimental, non-opioid drug called resiniferatoxin (RTX) for people with severe, treatment-resistant foot pain from Morton's neuroma. The goal is to see if this injection can provide long-lasting pain relief and improve daily function. Researchers will enroll about 24 adults who have not found relief from standard treatments and monitor them closely for side effects over several months.
