Exercise and diet may tame brain fog from cancer therapy

Summary

This study tests whether exercise and nutrition can lower the risk or severity of brain-related side effects (neurotoxicity) caused by CAR-T cell therapy in adults with blood cancers. One hundred participants will be randomly assigned to a structured exercise program, exercise plus dietary advice, or standard care. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to protect brain function during treatment.
