First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 27, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a structured exercise program, with or without nutritional advice, can lower the risk and severity of brain-related side effects (neurotoxicity) caused by CAR-T cell therapy in adults with blood cancers. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to exercise, exercise plus diet, or standard care. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to protect brain function during cancer treatment.
