Summary
This study tested a drug called NOE-105 in 75 adult men who have stuttered since childhood. The goal was to see if it could improve speech fluency without the serious side effects of older treatments. Participants took the drug or a placebo for 10 weeks, and researchers measured changes in stuttering severity and daily functioning.
