New audit aims to Fine-Tune breast cancer surgery and reduce arm swelling

Summary
This study is an audit of a surgical technique called targeted sentinel node biopsy (TSNB) for breast cancer patients whose cancer has spread to a few lymph nodes in the armpit. The goal is to see if this less invasive approach works as well as standard surgery, while causing less arm swelling. About 300 patients will be followed to track surgical success, side effects, and cancer outcomes.
