Summary

This study looked at whether leaving out the urinary catheter after ureteroscopic kidney stone surgery reduces pain and urgency. 180 adults aged 18-70 with normal kidney function took part. Researchers compared pain scores and urgency between those with and without a catheter to find a better way to manage recovery.
