No armpit surgery for breast cancer? new registry tracks Real-World results

Summary
This study will track 827 people with early breast cancer who had breast surgery but no armpit (axillary) surgery. The goal is to see if skipping armpit surgery is safe and how it affects quality of life. Researchers will monitor for cancer coming back in the armpit over three years.
