Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called NMS-03597812 in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The study includes people with a specific genetic change (TP53 mutation) that often makes the cancer harder to treat. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and see if it can shrink or eliminate the leukemia.
