Summary
This study tests whether high or low pulse duration electrical stimulation can better reduce arm spasticity in people with brain or spinal cord injuries. 45 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two stimulation groups or standard care. The goal is to find a more effective, standardized way to manage spasticity and improve quality of life.
