Summary

This early-phase study tests a drug called NM8074 in 10 adults with IgA Nephropathy, a kidney disease. The main goal is to see if the drug can lower protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage, after 99 days. Participants must have had a kidney biopsy confirming the disease and receive certain vaccines before starting treatment.
