Summary
This study tests a new drug called NM8074 in 10 adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. The goal is to see if the drug safely reduces protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage, after 99 days of treatment. Participants must have had a kidney biopsy confirming the disease within the last 3 years and receive certain vaccines before starting.
