Immune cells take aim at lung nodules in early trial
NCT ID NCT07185035
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a patient's own natural killer (NK) cells can safely treat lung nodules. About 24 adults aged 18-70 with high-risk nodules will receive increasing doses of the cell therapy. The main goal is to check for side effects within 28 days, with a secondary look at whether the nodules shrink or stop growing.
