NCT ID NCT07552233

First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment using natural killer (NK) cells, a type of immune cell, to fight malignant brain tumors in adults who have not responded to standard therapies. The NK cells are given both into the brain and through a vein to see if they are safe and can shrink tumors. The trial aims to find the best dose and measure how long patients live or stay progression-free.
