NCT ID NCT07225439
First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two antibody drugs (rituximab and tafasitamab) plus donated natural killer (NK) immune cells for people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments. Up to 15 participants will receive chemotherapy followed by the NK cell infusion and supportive medications. The main goal is to find the safest dose and watch for side effects, while also checking if the tumors shrink.
