NCT ID NCT03728361
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs—nivolumab (an immunotherapy that helps the immune system attack cancer) and temozolomide (a chemotherapy that kills cancer cells)—in people with advanced small-cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine tumors that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. About 55 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and to monitor side effects.
