Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug nivolumab to standard radiation and hormone therapy is safe and effective for men with a very aggressive type of prostate cancer (Gleason grade group 5). About 44 men will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can delay cancer progression and improve outcomes.
