Summary
This study tests two immunotherapy drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, given before surgery to people with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors and are safe to use. About 30 adults with stage T2 or higher tumors or lymph node involvement are participating.
