Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drugs nivolumab and ipilimumab, alone or together, can shrink melanoma tumors that have spread to the brain. It involves 76 adults with stage IV melanoma and at least one brain metastasis. The main goal is to see how many patients have their brain tumors shrink or disappear after 12 weeks of treatment.
