First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug nivolumab can help control advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It includes 16 adults whose tumors have a specific genetic change (ARID1A mutation) and a protein marker (CXCL13). The goal is to see if these markers can predict who will benefit from treatment.
