Summary
This study tested a combination of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab with three chemotherapy drugs (nanoliposomal-irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, and leucovorin) in 34 people with advanced biliary tract cancer that had worsened after initial treatment. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors or slow cancer growth, while monitoring side effects. The approach aims to control the disease, not cure it.
