Immunotherapy-Chemo combo shows promise for aggressive breast cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug nivolumab to standard chemotherapy before surgery can help the immune system fight triple-negative breast cancer more effectively. About 15 people with early-stage (stage II or III) triple-negative breast cancer will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if it increases immune cells in the tumor and improves cancer clearance at the time of surgery.
