Summary
This study looked at how the drug nirogacestat affects the way the body processes five common medications in 20 healthy men. Participants took the five drugs alone and then again while also taking nirogacestat. The goal was to see if nirogacestat speeds up or slows down the breakdown of these drugs, which helps doctors understand safe dosing for future patients.
