Summary
This study tested whether adding immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab or nivolumab) to a targeted therapy (niraparib) can help control advanced pancreatic cancer. It included 104 adults whose cancer had not worsened after initial platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal was to see if the combination could delay cancer growth and improve survival, while monitoring safety.
