First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests two drugs together for people with small cell lung cancer or other high-grade neuroendocrine cancers that have already been treated. Niraparib blocks a DNA repair protein in cancer cells, while dostarlimab helps the immune system attack the tumor. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or delay their growth. About 48 adults will take part.
