New drug combo aims to slow lung damage in scleroderma patients

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (nintedanib and tocilizumab) works better than standard treatments for lung scarring caused by scleroderma. About 86 adults will take the combination or standard therapy for 56 weeks. The main goal is to see if the combo better preserves lung function.
