First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a specific diet can prevent or reduce the negative health effects of working night shifts. Healthy adults aged 18-45 will stay in a research center twice, eat identical meals, and provide blood, urine, saliva, stool, and rectal swab samples. Researchers will measure changes in glucose tolerance and gut bacteria to understand how diet might help.
