Summary
This study looks at whether wearing a night guard can help children aged 10-12 who grind their teeth (bruxism). Researchers will use ultrasound to measure jaw muscle thickness and track pain or headaches over 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if night guards ease symptoms and reduce muscle changes.
