Summary

This study is testing whether wearing a night guard can help children aged 10 to 12 who grind their teeth (a condition called bruxism). Researchers will use ultrasound to measure jaw muscle thickness and track pain or headaches over 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if the night guard eases symptoms and reduces muscle changes.
