NCT ID NCT06630728

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at how reducing nicotine in filtered little cigars changes the way people smoke them and affects their lungs. Researchers will compare regular cigars, normal-nicotine study cigars, and very low-nicotine study cigars. About 50 current adult little cigar users will attend three visits at Ohio State University, where they will fill out surveys, give blood samples, do breathing tests, and smoke. The goal is to see if lower nicotine can reduce addiction and toxic exposure without increasing smoking.
