Summary
This study looks at how taking nicotinamide riboside (a form of vitamin B3) changes the way your body uses fat and carbs during light, steady cycling. Sixteen healthy adults will try different doses of the supplement or a placebo at different times. The goal is to see if the supplement can improve how efficiently the body burns fuel during exercise.
