Summary
This study looks at how taking nicotinamide riboside (a supplement similar to vitamin B3) affects how the body burns fat and carbs during low-intensity cycling. Sixteen healthy adults will take different doses of the supplement or a placebo at different times and then exercise. The goal is to see if the supplement can improve how the body uses energy during exercise.
