Summary
This study is testing a new drug called RN3161 to see if it is safe and helps with weight loss. It will be given alone and in combination with an existing weight loss medication, tirzepatide, to adults who are overweight or have obesity. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug.
