Summary

This study tests a new treatment approach for people with rectal cancer that has spread to a limited number of other organs (oligometastases). The treatment combines short-course radiation, chemotherapy, and an immunotherapy drug called serplulimab. The goal is to see if this combination can improve long-term outcomes and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back. The study involves 51 participants and is currently recruiting.
