Summary
This study tests a powerful treatment plan for people newly diagnosed with a rare and aggressive blood cancer called primary plasma cell leukemia. The approach combines standard chemotherapy drugs with two rounds of CAR T-cell therapy and a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this intensive strategy can safely control the disease and improve survival in 20 participants.
