NCT ID NCT07511114
First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma called double-expressor DLBCL. It compares a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen (CR-CHOP) to a newer combination (C Pola R-CHP+X) chosen based on each patient's genetic profile. The goal is to see if the new approach leads to more complete remissions and longer survival. The trial enrolls 156 adults aged 18-75 who have not been treated before.
