TB treatment revolution: shorter, stronger drug cocktails on trial

Summary
This study tests new combinations of tuberculosis (TB) drugs to see if they work better than the standard treatment. About 390 adults with newly diagnosed, drug-sensitive TB will receive either the usual care or one of several experimental regimens. The goal is to clear the infection faster and prevent relapse, while keeping side effects manageable.
