First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests new combinations of tuberculosis (TB) drugs to see if they work better than the standard treatment. About 390 adults with newly diagnosed, drug-sensitive TB will receive either the usual care or one of several experimental regimens. The goal is to clear the infection faster and prevent relapse, while keeping side effects manageable.
