Summary
This study is testing a new skin cream to see if it helps with dry, itchy skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Researchers will compare it to petroleum jelly, a common moisturizer, over 28 days. About 26 adults will apply the cream twice daily and have their skin checked weekly to measure hydration and comfort.
