Summary
This study is testing a new method to predict and diagnose sepsis (a serious bloodstream infection) in premature babies. Researchers are using a special device that analyzes tiny amounts of blood to see how well a baby's immune cells are working. The goal is to create better tools to spot sepsis earlier in these vulnerable infants.
